Q. How much is postage & handling?

A. All overseas orders are sent by express airmail from Australia, and the cost is US$15.00. Australian orders are sent by express post and the cost is US$9.00

Q. How long may it take for the goods to reach me from the time I place my order?

A.  Assuming there is no supply issue, then you can expect to receive your order in approximately 10-21 working days for overseas orders, and 2-4 working days for Australian orders.

Q. How do the DVDs work?

A. The technology and the theory behind the technology is complex and has its roots in quantum physics, quantum biology, energy transference theory and a few others. The simple answer here, is to say that we employ a proprietary technology that embeds instructions as energy informational waves onto DVD media. The technology employs laser and photonic frequencies to achieve this.  The complexity of the information embedded in each product depends on the program’s purpose and function. Q. How long does a DVD take to work?

A. This varies considerably on the product and the condition it is being used for. Again, there is no standard answer. Everybody is different.  For example, for some people the Fertility program may work within 2-3 weeks, and result in a quick pregnancy. However, we also have cases where it took much longer, because the program needed to work on healing underlying physical conditions first, before pregnancy can take place. Some programs such as Youthening are designed for long term use. This is because the program needs to work on the areas of the body that need healing before it can begin regeneration and rejuvenation. Some people see and feel physical changes within a month, for others it may take a year or more of continuous use. The more you use our products, the better  the possible results.

Q. Why is there no sound?

A. Our products do not incorporate any sound based technologies such as binaural beats, or subliminals. We incorporate subtle energy frequencies in the form of photonic waves. These are the carriers of the “energy instructional waves” that you experience as the “effect“ of using the DVDs.   For more information please refer to our technical info page.

Q. Can I copy the DVD to share with others?

A. No you can’t, for two reasons.  Firstly it is an infringement of copyright. Secondly, all DVD programs are in fact sub- master originals. Due to the uniqueness of this technology, even we cannot produce multiple copies on duplicators/writers.  The energy healing frequencies simply do not transfer. As much as it would make life easier for us, this is a fact. We have tested the output of multiple copies discs and there has been no measurable  response.

Q. When using a DVD do I have to look at the screen?

A. No, in fact we recommend that if you want to focus or relax during your session you actually close your eyes and put your feet up whilst in front of the screen.  This will bring you maximum effectiveness. However, to gain  benefit, all you have to be is in proximity to the TV or Computer Screen that the DVD is playing through.  The larger the TV/Computer screen, the greater the distance of effect. With some products such as Youthening we recommend using the DVD overnight in the bedroom. In this case you can cover the TV Screen with a cloth if you wish, and this in no way affects the performance of the program. Q. I notice that you have various pictures of natural scenes when playing the DVDs – do these do anything?

A.  At this stage the pictures you see when a DVD is playing are screen savers only. They in no way directly contribute to the energy healing output from the program itself.

Q. Can I use the DVDs on my computer?

A. You can use these DVD’s on any PC based computer that has DVD read/write capability. You can use the computer to generate the output in the same way as you use your TV screen. You can also play the DVD in background whilst working on other tasks – and still receive the same benefit. This is a method often recommended when working with products such as Professor. Q. What is your returns policy?

A.  Before returning any item – you must notify us of your intention to return, and the reasons for the return.  We will then provide you with a return warranty number.  We do not accept any returns – without this return warranty number.  You must then return the product to us before it can be processed for replacement or credit.

Before returning any DVD as faulty we would ask you to try it on at least one other DVD player. The world of DVD technology is not perfect – so sometimes a disk will play on one player and not another. In this case the disk is not the problem, the player is. If you have tested it on more than one player and the disk still does not play, then it will be replaced on return of the faulty disk.
